Professor Pomfrit from "Big Appetite in Little Tokyo" (What's New, Scooby-Doo?) is a reference to Leander Pomfritt, teacher on one of the shows that inspired the Scooby-Doo franchise's creation, The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis. William Schallert, who had voiced Leander Pomfritt on Dobie Gillis, voiced Professor Pomfrit on this episode to further play into the reference.

I don't think there's any way the middle two options will win, but it will be really interesting to see whether Tiki Scare or Aloha wins!
Last week, 32 people voted that only the significant options should be included in the polls, whereas 26 voted that all possible options should be included. Given the results, moving forward, only the significant options will be included in the weekly polls. I would consider "significant" to mean that the setting/villain appears for more than just one or two scenes. That said, everyone is still more than welcome to make suggestions if they feel an option should count, but keep in mind that if they only are in a scene or two, they will likely not be included. This was admittedly the option I hoped would win, since some questions could have a lot of potential options depending on the setting/villain, and this narrows it down so that the amount of options don't get too overwhelming. Thank you so much to everybody for giving your feedback on this! |
